We are Hiring : Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives to drive growth.
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats, helping to adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage the marketing budget (Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly) to ensure efficient allocation of resources for optimal campaign performance.
- Work closely with Global Team and other departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing strategies and objectives.
- Oversee content creation and ensure marketing materials (blogs, articles, videos, etc.) are engaging, on-brand, and targeted to the right audience.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, analyze results, and provide regular reports to leadership. Use data to refine strategies and optimize campaigns.
- Coordinate and execute promotional events, product launches, webinars, or trade shows to engage with customers and generate leads.
