- Provide high-quality care following medical protocols, adhering to established standards and guidelines to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with patients and their families about health concerns, addressing questions and providing reassurance as needed.
- Record the care provided and any changes in patient conditions, accurately documenting incidents and interventions for future reference.
Qualifications
">- A relevant nursing qualification and licensure are essential for this role, reflecting the candidate's expertise and commitment to their profession.
- Strong skills in assessment and critical thinking enable the nurse to make informed decisions and provide effective interventions, saving lives and improving patient outcomes.

Compensation
