Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Senior Officer to manage and achieve product demands received from customers by driving sales, operation plans, and master production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer demands (date & quantity) are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Identify blocking points and develop appropriate solutions to resolve them promptly.
  • Collect and communicate relevant information to customers regarding any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service fields is necessary.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), is essential.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards is desirable.
  • A good team player with excellent attitude and accountability is required.
  • A good command of the English language is a plus.
  • The ability to work well under pressure is crucial.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $80,000-$120,000, depending on location and experience.
