Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational planning in a correct and efficient manner, ensuring output reports are accurate, and providing timely support to the production team. They will also supervise and mentor subordinates to ensure customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement effective operational plans to meet production demands, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Reporting: Generate accurate and timely output reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Team Support: Provide guidance and support to the production team, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Subordinate Supervision: Mentor and supervise subordinates, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, ensuring that they are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in production and inventory planning.
  • Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, Microsoft Office, and SAP system processes.
  • Languages: Strong command of the English language.
  • Skill Sets: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Salary Estimate:

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
