Job Title: Logistics & Back Office

Job Summary:

SPEA Thailand Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of the SPEA S.p.A Group, a global leader in testing systems for microchips and electronic boards, is seeking a skilled Logistics & Back Office professional to join its team in Bangkok.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, order processing, packing, and shipping, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

2. Maintain accurate inventory records through stock control and meticulous record-keeping, guaranteeing seamless order fulfillment.

3. Collaborate closely with the team to ensure orders are processed and shipped promptly, fostering a culture of teamwork and efficiency.

4. Provide administrative support to the back office, including document management, report preparation, and administrative issue resolution, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

5. Handle communications with suppliers and customers, responding to inquiries and providing assistance as needed, promoting excellent customer service.

6. Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of logistical and administrative processes, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred, demonstrating a strong educational foundation.

2. Proficient in Thai and English language (written and spoken), with other language proficiency being an added advantage, showcasing linguistic versatility.

3. Preferably Thai citizen or Permanent Resident, ensuring cultural understanding and familiarity with local regulations.

4. Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or related administrative roles, highlighting relevant work history.

5. Knowledge of basic inventory management principles and warehouse procedures, ensuring a solid understanding of logistical concepts.

6. Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, demonstrating adaptability and time management expertise.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management computer systems, showcasing technical competence.

9. Import/export knowledge and logistics and acceptance bases, ensuring a deep understanding of global trade regulations.

10. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities, guaranteeing high-quality work and efficient issue resolution.
