Key Responsibilities- Design, execute, and oversee comprehensive social media plans aligned with business objectives.
- Create captivating content ideas that resonate with target audiences and align with brand values.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
- Maintain a deep understanding of audience behaviors, preferences, and demographics across various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
- A proven track record of success in managing social media channels, including TikTok, with measurable results.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in creating and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
- Creative mindset with a knack for generating fresh and innovative campaign ideas.
- Basic proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut for graphic design and video editing.
