Our client is a global leader in automotive products.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing Assistance to the Accounts & Finance Department, cross-functional Departments, and management in complying with Accounting, handling audits (Statutory and Internal) Banking, MIS (Management Information System), BOI, Customs (Free zone), Revenue department, and overall Tax regulations.

**Accounting Section**
- Controlling the overall accounting department.
- Analyzing the income and expenses.
- Preparing and responsible for month-end closing activities (Statutory & Internal) i.e. Sales report preparation, etc.
- Handling yearend closing activities, preparing annual audited financial statements, and arranging the sign-off of financials within the corporate office guidelines.
- Coordinating end-to-end Statutory and Internal Audits.
- Overall, handling AP & AR controlling (AR-AP Reconciliations, Bank Reconciliations, Ensuring documents with Thai law i.e. Customs, Revenue).

**Finance Section**
- Reviewing all payments to local, International, and Intercompany to be in line with payment terms and payment cycles.
- Working and liaising with banking to an open bank account, Change authorizer, and link with the ERP liaising **Tax Section.**:

- Preparing and filing corporate income tax (PRN.50/PND.51) submitted to the revenue department and tax return.
- Handling tax form, VAT, (check & reconcile VAT report PP.30, 36).
- Handling tax form, WHT, (check & reconcile Withholding Tax report PND 3, 53, 54).
- Closing coordination with the Revenue Department for Assessment closures/audits / pending recovery of VAT / CIT.
- Transferring the pricing documentation preparation and coordination with the revenue department in line with the new transfer pricing law in Thailand.

**Customs Section**
- Preparing Custom year/ End year reports and submitting them to the customs department within the due date.
- Checking Import and export documentation to ensure each shipment is as per customs law.
- Supporting for Customs audit, a requirement from the Customs department.

**BOI**
- Having a Good Knowledge of BOI Compliances and requirements.
- Coordinating with BOI for all related activities.
- Reporting the project's progress Quarterly and Yearly.

**Other Support**
- Supporting to Finance Manager for structured and unstructured MIS and other Activities.
- Supporting to Local team in the delivery of their expected tasks.
- Supporting Budget Preparation and related analysis.
- Providing necessary support to management for following up a task, and deliverables on required topics.
- Focusing on Improvements and Closure of Open IT issues.
- Checking and confirm ASAP if the revised targets given below are fine.
- Handling the 5S Compliance in Desk & DocumentaASAP.
- Preparing presentations as per the requirements of the Finance manager.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 10 years working finance/accounting working experience in a multi-national company.
- A CPD license is required.
- Ability to get things done hands-on involving the cross-functional environment.
- Experience in managing the finance hands-on of a manufacturing entity.
- High self-initiative and strong reliability.
- Accurate and detailed performance.
- Good self-initiative (oral and written).
- A good team player and leader.
- Good working in MS Office, Experience in QAD / SAP is preferred.
