- Manage day-to-day accounts payable and bank transactions including all general ledger coding of invoices, obtaining proper signature approvals of expenditures and processing vendor payments.
- Reimbursement & petty cash & travel expenses control and payment process.
- Check and verify all information must be corrected following company policy, the accounting standard and accounting principle, and accounting law.
- Interface with other departments to ensure accounting issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Reconciliation of account payable and Bank.
- Assist in the compilation of financial information to prepare monthly financial statements, including the preparation and recording of journal entries and completion of reconciliations.
- Assist with the preparation of schedules and supporting documentation of the external audit and tax filing preparation.
- Complete tax filings and dealing with matters relating to the Revenue Department. (Vat and withholding tax)
- Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures as necessary.

Key Requirement:

- Bachelor Degree or Higher in accounting or any related field.
- Fair English
- Microsoft office
- Process a good skill and Knowledge of TAX and VAT are required
- Oracle systems (preferred)
- Being, punctual, agile, dependable and paying attention to detail
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in accounting
