**Your Tasks**
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
- Identify and drive strategic opportunities, partnerships or business alliances to develop new segments, services and key prospects within assigned markets.
- Lead in the development of pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability.
- Build, develop and drive sales force excellence. Provide sales coaching on the ground to strengthen the sales competencies and capabilities where necessary. Monitor status reports including activity, closing, follow-up and adherence to goals.

**Your Qualifications**
- Minimum a Degree in Engineering with up to minimum 2 years in Sales role.
- Knowledge in EV Battery Business
- Knowledge in Transportation and component testing
- Outstanding sales or business management track records with the ability to use consultative selling for high volume-high mix solutions
- Strong clarity of thoughts with the ability to articulate and present information in a clear fashion
- Strong learning agility with the ability to navigate and strive in complex, challenging and high tempo environment
- Strong technical and English communication skills Exemplary stakeholder’s management skills and ability to build network and communities

**Additional Information**
