Content Creator

In this role, you will support our Thailand team and you will help in bringing creative ideas to life, with designs and videos for our artists.

**What you will do**:

- Digital graphic (Audio, video, and others) creation for all campaign promotion.
- Handle technical operation for live stream and analyze its development.
- Keep abreast with new ideas concept, visual and update to meet SME Thailand highest international-standard quality.
- Support multimedia technical requirement if required for all department.
- Support production for long form video creation.
- Ensure timely delivery of all assignments at the highest quality level.
- Strategize and execute ideas / concepts for various music artists for music video, marketing materials, tours, and events etc. Revise design brief to meet specifications through constant communication with the Thailand team.
- Create tech packs for new products/designs and mocks for clients/brand partnership.
- Create asset and official material for Frontline artists and Catalog songs for SME Thailand social platform.
- Research and Create mood and trend boards and using new tools of design to create the memorable works and Strong conceptual.
- Assess requests, track progress, and follow art direction given.
- Thoroughly research artist & client history, current events and industry trends in design and popular culture prior to starting each project, in order to provide insightful design direction.
- Create pitch presentations to sign new artists or licensees.
- Create and uphold brand design style guides.
- Develop sketches in graphic design software.
- Review all projects thoroughly to ensure all aspects of each brief have been addressed, all artwork is original or cleared for use, and is suitable for the artist/brand, and all copy writing and design details are correct. Quality control is the utmost priority.
- Actively seek out and recommend new best practices
- Work with design outsource/agency to brief, quality, budget & timeline control

**Who you are**:

- Minimum 5 years design experience, specifically in entertainment, music, film, fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (photoshop for digital image editor, after effects for video compositing, premiere for video editing, illustrator for vector base digital image, Monotype (fonts library), vMix (live video streaming software).
- Excellent time management, leadership and organizational skills.
- Needs to work well both independently and with A&R, marketing, social media, pr and account management team and display excellent follow through and self-initiative.
- Capacity to take direction and embrace constructive criticism.
- Must be ready and willing to take on any number of projects as needs arise, adjust priorities, internal & external project management both and thrive in a creative and fast paced environment.
- Display knowledge of typography, illustration, and aesthetic composition.
- Have an understanding of tech packing including color call outs and actual art sizes.
- Have a thorough understanding of brand design.
- Music Industry background a plus.
