We are looking for a creative and engaging Short-form VDO Content Creator to join our dynamic team. As a Short-form VDO Content Creator, you will be responsible for planning, analyzing, creating, and shooting short-form videos for our TikTok and Reels accounts. Your goal will be to increase engagement and followers for our brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative short-form video concepts for TikTok and Reels
- Plan and shoot high-quality videos using a variety of equipment and software
- Edit and polish videos to ensure they are engaging and up to brand standards
- Analyze video performance metrics to identify trends and optimize content strategy
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in short-form video content
- Collaborate with other team members to create compelling content campaigns
- Promote content on other social media platforms

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience creating engaging and successful short-form video content for social media
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Reels platforms and their audience
- Excellent video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- A creative and innovative mindset with a strong ability to generate new ideas
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Bonus Qualifications**:

- Experience with social media marketing and analytics
- Knowledge of video production and lighting techniques
- Good communication skills
