**Purpose of the Job**
The Services Materials Lead deals with the managing complex projects of materials through the Pink & Yellow project & supports the team delivering the project materials supply & repair obligations, while ensuring that all materials are processed in line with the agreed project processes & procedures. This is completed in conjunction with:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Leading the Safety culture required to ensure Zero LTA’s
- Lead the establishment and continued development of standard process implementation
- Deploy and maintain the inventory and materials management in Maximo/SAP
- Lead in establishing a robust Demand Planning structure to deliver excellence in this field
- Stakeholder management: Suppliers and Internal Alstom
- Manage and develop materials staff for Pink and yellow maintenance contract
- Ultimate responsibility for the safe storage of all materials, consumables and tools for Alstom scope of work
- Participate in establishing KPI to monitor the management of Inventory settings and parameters
- Support the project deliverable as per commitment without any blocking point from materials/tools shortage
- Implement all required Process for Procurement and Materials
- Establish an effective warehousing strategy for Platform to control materials on site and at external facilities
- Implement best practice sharing across Platform sites
- Lead the implementation of SAP - material master data and MRP set up.

**Educations**:
**Relevant experience required**:

- 5 to 7 years’ experience in relevant roles, managing complex projects
- Proven experience in deploying and/or managing SAP MRP/Maximo
- Negotiation & Leadership skills
- Successful track record reducing and controlling costs
- Proven Track Record of Warehousing, Logistics Management and/or Supply Chain
- Proven experience in People Management
