As a Business Analyst, you are a key individual in understanding and identifying business requirements, processes and constraints in order to consult on solutions that will drive greater value into client businesses. On the day-to-day, you will engage with clients and collaborate closely with some of the brightest minds in the Company internal team. You will be an energetic and innovative individual that is passionate about improving and transforming businesses and marketing for the better.

**Responsibilities;**
- Manage overall solutions owned by team, triage incoming requirements, design solutions, collaborate with internal data engineering team, external functions and maintain documentations
- Guide the Data Engineering team to deliver on Continuous Improvement initiatives e.g. technical capability, process improvement, architecture, automation opportunities
- Manage backlog, which input into Data Model Engineers work assignment as to support data model development and continuous improvement
- Communicate and collaborate with SFMC Ops, S&D workstream to gather, clarify/solidify requirements into backlog e.g. project needs, improvement initiatives
- Communicate and collaborate with external data teams to gather, clarify, solidify requirements into backlog e.g. architecture review, adhere to governance
- Perform analysis across platform, solution ,data sources - identifying and engaging key contacts accordingly
- Identify and engage key contact to collaborate, align or validate solution design within the team and others teams more broadly
- Provide recommendations on the most optimal solution to meet the requirement
- Document solution design and iteratively refine by incorporating feedback from others
- Brief requirements and proposed solution design to working teams
- Manage backlog by grooming tickets/user stories + acceptance criteria, contribute & consult to the delivery as needed
- Point of contact for any issue raised on team solutions
- Manage ongoing revision of team strategy, performance reporting for within the team internally as well as external audience e.g. senior leadership, etc.
- Manage and track growth, vertically and horizontally e.g. new capability, complexity within existing solution

**Skills And Qualifications**
- Over 7 years working experience in Business Analyst and Database Developer.
- Background in Database Development/Engineering is a MUST.
- Demonstrated knowledge & understanding of SQL/ ETL on different database systems
- Good understanding and knowledge of system & integration architecture
- Excellent verbal, written and client facing communication skills.
- Strong demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Self-driven, positive mindset, willing to work in a challenging and high-pressure environment.
- Well organized, attention to details and multi-tasking capability.
- Eager to learn new technologies and passionate about delivering high-quality service to users
