Main purpose of the role:

- Strategic results: Drive strategic & tactical decisions for the production unit and align resources to deliver key functional objectives in alignment with C&S strategic goals.
- Best-in-class manufacturing: Oversee and create best-in-class jewelry production operations, maintain high standards of operations and adopt of best-practices to ensure consistency across production units.
- Customer centricity: Strive to deliver the best of PANDORA, innovate & adopt new manufacturing techniques and stay true to design objectives
- Financial results: Ensure low production cost, on-time delivery, and high production quality with productivity target
- Collaborative: Openly engage stakeholders for critical activities. Take accountability and ensure effective collaboration with all shared services functions and right communications level
- People: Improve and sustain eNPS to be within the top quartile. Develop strong internal leadership pipeline, with focus on developing local talent. Ensure a safe environment for our people is established and maintained
- Inspirational leadership: Build a diverse and trust-based leadership team, manned with ideal team players who works as a true team (N-1, N-2 and N-3) across sub-functions. Embody strong C&S Value and culture of collaboration.

Key accountabilities:

- Oversee daily operations for the production unit
- Drive production performance across all areas within the operations to ensure products with productivity target / projects are delivered on cost, time and quality
- Ensure resources are allocated sufficiently and optimally to execute activities within production
- Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive production and support KPIs target on cost, improve quality and productivity, and increase FROT
- Control and manage the daily production plan to optimize the best efficiency.
- Control and manage budgets effectively, both operational (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX)
- Ensure a safe environment for our people is established and maintained
- Key duties:

- Support implementation and execution of production strategic/ productivity roadmap, and relevant company strategies/ initiatives
- Translate company goals and productivity roadmap into tangible actions/ metrics and communicate to workforce
- Ensure manufacturing processes, parameters, and procedures are accurate and strictly followed to maintain the high standard of operations; ensure consistency across all sites
- Manage shop-floor operations and ensure high quality product, on-time delivery and lowest possible cost, including provide supports the night shift as necessary
- Oversee production performance against targets; provide insight and recommendation, and ensure corrective actions are taken in a timely manner
- Prioritize initiatives and activities e.g. troubleshooting, NPI etc. with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient resource utilization
- Provide input to production plan and ensure closed-loop communication between Planning scheduling, Shop floor controller and Production managers
- Ensure ERP technical problems are resolved in timely manner and ensure system can support business effectively

Pivotal and professional qualifications:

- Dynamic environment of production requires attention and close monitor. Production Manager is supposed to visit shop floor on daily basis to meet up with team, visualize situation, communicate directly to targeted workgroups.
- Fluctuation of daily workload and product complexity requires different manpower and multi skillsets of craftsman. Production needs to manage available resources to cope with that.
