Supply Network Planner Manager

Our client is one of the world's leading companies in the automation of bulk powders, minor and micro ingredients as well as liquids (Automation Feeding System).

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes.
- Developing new strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Managing and developing logistics staff.
- Being responsible for the procurement and sourcing: (Supply Network).
- Handling KMAT implementation and SAP development.
- Sourcing suppliers and maintaining supplier portfolio management.
- Providing early involvement in pre-sales and sourcing for capable existing or potential partners to support the project bidding.
- Coordinating and negotiating with suppliers required for production processes/Project requirements.

**Project Procurement Planning**
- Examining the contracts and finalizing the terms and agreements to collaborate services to clients accurately and efficiently.
- Participating in the project delivery review process, working as a representative of procurement, to disclose the delivery risks in subcontracting and offer effective migration solutions.
- Handling occasional work tasks and yearly assignments for logistic-related projects according to company development’s goal e.g. COO issued by Company, FORM D process, KMAT implementation, FZ establishment, etc.
- Being responsible for the key user KMAT implementation (in SAP).
- Being responsible for the connections internal; All functions and departments of the company.
- Being responsible for connections external; Customers, Corporate Head Offices, Internal Departments and Service Providers, Subsidiaries, Agents, and Representatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the project-handling business.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management including logistics and inventory software.
- Strong ability to learn on-the-job, following local and company work regulations.
- Leadership with good communication.
- Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for the team member.
- Committed to the company's vision, mission, values, engineering excellence, and quality standards.
- Positive mental attitude at all times, self-motivated and goal-driven achiever, analytical-thinking, self-confident, open-minded.
- Excellent communication, Strong team player, and high level of intercultural sensitivity.
- Excellent in English, spoken and written/ Thai, spoken and written (German and Chinese will be a plus).
- Policies Legal, technical, and company-specific regulations and guidelines.
