The Role

Address network-related problems reported by users and provide timely solutions.

Monitor and maintain network systems for optimal performance and security.

Collaborate with teams to implement network configurations and upgrades.

Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and hardware/software issues.

Assist in planning and executing network expansion projects.

Provide technical support to end-users for connectivity and basic troubleshooting.

Document network configurations and best practices.

Who You Are

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Proven expertise in configuring and troubleshooting network devices.

Familiarity with routing, switching, SDN, and Security.

Knowledge of network security practices and firewalls.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Network+) are a plus.

Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
