- Provide day-to-day technical support to end users (around 140 users in 3 companies) and ensure the smooth running of computers, network devices and printers
- Handle asset management, maintain inventory and liaise with vendors
- Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure, IT security and antivirus tools
- Support for IT admin (user password and permission management)
- Update status and report by periodical (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly)
- Receive problems from 1st tier, work around in admin concern point and troubleshooting
- Maintain proper IT documentation
- Other assignment that relates the job improvement
- 50% Technical Support & 50% IT Document and Inventory
