You will act as the connector between functional needs and technology ensuring that we are always working on the things that creates value for our consumers and the business.

Lead Business Analyst will work closely with Product Manager deriving product strategy to product journey and delivering solution supporting the business goals. You will engage all relevant stakeholders both business and technology sides for alignment and orchestrate throughout the product delivery according to the commitment.

**Your key accountabilities will be to**:

- Create features / user stories with relevant acceptance criteria, scenarios, and estimating business value and technical requirements of product backlog items.
- Support Product Manager in developing and maintaining product backlog / required business capabilities including identifying capabilities, improvement opportunities.
- Engage with all stakeholders (business, technical team, product owner) to make sure that there is no gap at any level, prepare BA artefacts including process maps, design flow, specifications, and wireframes.
- Develop solution options, high level solution design and solution components and explore potential technical solutions with team.
- Help to translate business strategy into technical requirements for development team (i.e., technical translation of product backlog items) with the focus on process optimization.
- Review business processes from end-to-end perspective and address operational, financial, and technological risk.
- Identify and deliver process improvement solutions across complex, technical, and cross-functional processes.
- Drive development of product features and ensure that the development team is working on items that will deliver the most significant customer and business value.
- Work with the product managers and other stakeholders to ensure appropriately refined features according to 'definition of ready' as well as 'definition of done'.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Development team and Solution Architects to create a holistic backlog and architectural runway also encompassing technical enablers, non-functional requirements, and improvements to ways of working.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards & guidelines e.g., vendor, architecture, and cybersecurity.
- Support Product Managers to facilitate key events and orchestrate the deliver with delivery manager including leading in sprint planning, sprint review, product demonstration, and sprint retrospective, etc.
- Work with transformation and relentless improvement towards a more agile operating model creating faster time to market, better quality, and more efficiency.

**What is needed to succeed**:

- Client-facing skills, including the ability to analyse complex problems, influence and negotiate with customers,
- Independent, proactive, and structured. Ability to ensure progress and commitment to deadlines,
- Ability to create and clearly communicate the product vision and backlog to both stakeholders and team members,
- Understand technology platforms, trends and can activate technical expertise in the organization,
- Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt.,
- Business acumen and politically astute, ability to act with diplomacy and sensitivity to cultural diversity,
- Combination of strategic and analytical insights with a passion for technology,
- Professional Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP) would be an advantage,
- Experience on Success Factor or manufacturing ERP would be an advantage.
