- Manage and lead the economic research and strategy team to achieve the objectives under the supervision of the Head of Research Group

**Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:

- Supervise the research team in analyzing for global and Thailand Economic and Political outlook, monitoring, reporting economic, financial, and industry development and outlook
- Set directions and drive thematic in-depth research for internal and public use
- Review and formulate recommendations for KKP’s business strategy to enhance overall performance and achieve long-term goals
- Collaborate across departments and functions in identifying opportunities and risks
- Represent the KKP Financial Group in communicating our research and house views

**Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ**:

- A proven track record of research excellence or extended professional experience in economic and financial analysis
- A thorough understanding of the linkages between macro, micro, financial markets, and economic policy

**Specific knowledge and skill / ความรู้เฉพาะตำแหน่ง**:

- Ability to lead and synergize team members with excellent people management skills
- Vigorous analytical and data skills
- Ability to engage and collaborate with others
- Excellent writing and communication skills, both in Thai and English
