Posted- 26-Mar-2024- Service line- GWS Segment- Role type- Full-time- Areas of Interest- Engineering/Maintenance, Facilities Management- Location(s)- Bangkok - Krung Thep Maha Nakhon - Thailand**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Performs and manage preventive maintenance, site surveys, replacement of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Assists with equipment inventory, repairs and overhauls.
- Respond to customer requests, support for system checks and follow specific instructions.
- Ability to review engineering drawings, as-built and other document to support planning design and troubleshooting efforts.
- Oversees / manage vendors on facility Planned Preventive Maintenance
- Perform emergency response and equipment repair.
- Monitor and alert on the critical equipments and be responsible for alarm response 24X7.
- To review the Service Reports from vendors/contractors after jobs completion and ensure that pending issues is resolved completely.
- Assist and support Technician in planning and manage the day-to-day operations to meet customer requirements/satisfaction and SLA.
- Monitor working performance of vendors/contractors, provide feedback to them (if needed) and report to Sr. Facilities Coordinator if any issue found.
- Backfill Technician during leave or absence.
- Attend regular regional Engineering / FM calls
- Perform other duties designed by FM Site Lead or Sr. Facilities Coordinator
- Manage Space Allocation and Business Review Template (BRT)
- Attend regular regional operation calls
- Support Manager on Annual DB Plan and CBRE Rebaseline (Budget)
- Perform annual CBRE BRST (Business Recovery Site Test), Awareness Training, Call Tree Test

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be able to manage and control vendors to follow to client / CBRE standard and SLA.
- Take full responsibilities on own duty, discipline and punctual.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**REASONING ABILITY**:

- Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
- Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
- Requires basic analytical skills.

**OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES**:

- se personal computer on the basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and familiarity with the Internet.
- **Ability an effective communication with regional team in English.**:

- Able to work independently and with mínimal supervision.
- Able to interact with clients, visitors and vendors with self-confidence.
- Strong follow to client / CBRE policy and procedures, and a team-player roles.
