**About the role**

As a Technician, you will inspect, repair, replace and service different systems and equipment such as chiller according to the standards set by Carrier. You are required to follow work instructions as well as safety instructions while performing work. You will work with planner, service coordinator and other functions as a team to provide advise to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect, analyse and repair chiller under service agreement/warranty.
- Perform troubleshooting and give recommendations for chiller repairs under service agreement/warranty.
- Support sales team to complete sales target and margin.
- Increase productivity and utilization.
- Repair chiller and lead SR break fix or SR upgrade packages back to sales team.
- Liaise with customer technicians on maintenance/repair schedule.
- Work closely with subcontractors to perform repair works Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repairs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/M&E industry
- Graduate from diploma of mechanical or electrical or higher
