- Coordinate internal and external correspondence, manage administrative duties, and maintain an organised sales office environment
- Provide courteous and efficient service to clients and team members, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures
- Assist with site inspections, in-house group arrangements, and support the Groups and Events team with MICE leads
- Manage Opera Cloud records for corporate and group accounts, updating hotel event systems with relevant lead information
- Implement credit and collection procedures, safeguard contacts and financial documents
- Assist Sales Managers with follow-ups and ensure correct booking procedures for group rooms and meeting programs
- Act as a liaison between guests/clients and the hotel during group stays and events, facilitating seamless operations

**Qualifications**
- College diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field with minimum 2 years' experience in hotel sales
- Proficiency in sales management software (particularly Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (verbal and written); additional languages an asset
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry, hotel operations, and sales principles
- Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and solve problems independently
