**Position overview**:
If you thrive on making an impact and are excited to be part of a winning team, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the TSBD Manager and Application Lab Lead for lab work, ensuring tasks are prioritised and executed as planned
- Plan and execute specific work programs to contribute to the development of enhanced and new products
- Maintain traceable test data / Instrumental management
- Contribute to cross functional project teams to deliver new product development that meet market technical needs on agreed timescales
- Ownership of ISO systems at TSBD lab and assure its compliance on company policies, environmental and safety regulations

**Required skills and experience**:

- Fresh graduates in the field of Chemistry are encouraged to apply.
- 1-3 years of work experience, preferably with proven expertise in coatings.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in presentation and communication.
- Demonstrates analytical thinking.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry
