With a creative flair and a strong visual sense, you’d love to see (some of) your ideas executed into real pieces of work. You are familiar with the designing process as a whole, from sketches of ideas, to conceptualisation, to actual designing and to final file preparation. Proficiency in the relevant designing softwares is essential.

You realize that meeting deadlines is crucial to the project lead-time, and you are geared towards producing the best work on time. You are confident in presenting your ideas to agency colleagues and clients. You will be working as part of a team comprising agency colleagues and partners, including photographers, producers and printers.

Acknowledging that the best ideas can come from everywhere, you must be open to reviews and discussions - which can happen over casual chats, tea breaks or seriously at your desk.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives
- Planning, estimate KPI includes pitching
- Running quantitative research qualitative research groups; using a variety of market research data to monitor cultural and social trends and their impact on consumers’ attitudes, behaviors and perceptions in the order to turning it into actionable consumer insights
- Identifying key challenge and opportunity of the client’s product and market to establish a winning strategy
- Creating Business solution strategy, branding communication strategy, IMC strategy, then presenting to the clients for an approval
- Presenting the strategy plan to the team including Creative team, Media team, Tech team with clearly defined brief
- Be a leader for internal meeting to ensure the entire campaign aligns with the strategy plan
- Working closely with Strategic Planning Manager and Business Consulting Director to create impact strategic development and prioritize the workload

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Mass Communication
- At least 2 years experience in Strategic Planner, Business Consultant, Marketing Communication, Branding communication or related field
- Thai nationality, Age 22-27 years old
- Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English
- Excellent research and analytical thinking skills
- Always push your creativity and be innovative
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to details
- Be curious about social and digital trends
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Time management : ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines
- Maintain good level of quality and strong work ethic
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure
