We are currently looking for an Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant to join us.
**The Opportunity**
Our growth has led us to implement in-house accounting in 2023 which in turn has brought new clarity and insights into our financial wellness and operations. Our CFO has also highlighted that we can do better and improve our operations with better accuracy and efficiency by adding an experienced hand to work alongside our CFO. This is where you come in.
Now we not only want to maintain but aim to continually upgrade our financial operations to the next level for better work efficiency. We need your experience and expertise to help handle the day-to-day accounting but more importantly, play a crucial role in helping us improve a new accounting process and internal control with our CFO.
We’re not seeking perfection, but we want to work with smart people that can make smart and not outdated rule-based decisions because “this is the way we’ve always done it”. If you want to be part of this - this role is for you.
**Responsibility**:
- Managing and overseeing day-to-day operations of the finance and accounting function
- Review and release payment for both vendors and payroll in a timely manner
- Perform month-end closing and reconciliations
- In charge of all accounting processes involved in AR, AP, Fixed asset, GL including bookkeeping management
- Align the company report with local statutory, local tax regulations and accounting principles.
- Coordinate and support external auditors
- Coordinate and support revenues department for yearly tax refund
- Support other departments in accounting issues and queries
- Prepare and filing all tax to revenues department (PND50,51,1,3,53,54 and PP30,36)
- Update new accounting standards
- Other tasks as assigned by the CFO
**We don’t particularly care about age, gender, ethnicity, work experience, or education etc. Life has taught us that greatness comes in all shapes and sizes.
But, In this particular case we do require a CPD which, in turn requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting. We do need you to speak Thai fluently The reality of our work lately requires Thai language skills due to the locality of the work and being able to work with the local government (Revenue dept).
**WHAT YOU OFFER**

- At least 5 years in Accounting experience, preferably in full loop of accounting.
- ** A CPD is required**
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
- ** Required Accounting skills: AP/AR/GL**
- ** Required Tax skills: PND50,51,1,3,53,54 and PP30,36**
- Hands-on and detail-oriented person
- Proactive by nature, and strong self-management skills.
- Confident to make day to day operational decisions
- Good communication both Thai and English
