Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement:

- Engage with customers through live chat, responding to inquiries in real time.
- Offer personalized assistance and maintain a friendly, professional tone.
- Problem Resolution:

- Handle customer issues with patience and empathy.
- Troubleshoot common problems and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Product Knowledge & Recommendations:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services.
- Provide recommendations and advice to help customers make informed decisions.
- Multitasking & Efficiency:

- Manage multiple chat conversations while ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
- Use chat templates and personalize interactions when appropriate.
- Sales & Upselling (Optional):

- Identify upselling opportunities during chats and achieve sales targets if applicable.
- Feedback & Continuous Improvement:

- Collect and share customer feedback with management.
- Participate in training to stay current on product features and processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience: Prior customer service or chat support experience preferred but not required.
- Skills:

- Excellent English written communication and strong typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, empathetic approach to customer interactions.

Work Environment & Benefits:
