Head of Product Marketing

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee business level positioning and competitive marketing strategies.
- Develop the technology roadmap to identify key value drivers that have GTM implications.
- Partner with marketing to deliver external marketing communications across channels.
- Run customer research and insights programs.
- Oversee the development of product messaging and content across platforms.
- Work closely with Business Relations Department to monitor product feedback and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Proactively collaborate across all marketing teams including demand generation, creative services, corporate communications, web/digital and beyond.
- Create compelling marketing collateral that simplifies a complex topic while driving broad awareness and interest.
- Budgeting P&L for product launches/maintenance, personnel headcount, marketing campaigns, etc.
- Manage annual marketing budget.
- Partner with marketing teams on several key solutions within the Marketing portfolio.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in Marketing, Product Management with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams
- Experience managing and leading a team of marketing professionals
- Passion for innovation and keeping up with the latest marketing trends and emerging technologies
