**A DAY IN THE LIFE...**
- Responsible for driving the MILO Sports marketing strategy, from planning, execution to partnerships and lead MILO digital agenda to help improve brand awareness, imagery and affinity as aligned with the brand purpose.
- Manages end-to-end development of communication plan from opportunity, to crafting of brief, to campaign planning and execution, to post-evaluations, and ensures timely and aligned execution at all stages.
- Works in partnership with communication agencies to develop communication strategy and plan. Ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader, and fully complies with marketing to children policy.
- Engages with external stakeholders / public and government involved in sports and youth development beyond current network to help raise awareness and ensure support for MILO initiated programs.
- Drive to own social engagement/conversation of the unique MILO grass-root activities as MILO Futsal, MILO School Sport Development program.
- Maintain MILO Digital Ecosystem (Website + SEO/SEM) + 1P data agenda.
- Lead the creation and development of integrated engaging content across Digital communication platforms including MILO website, MILO Thailand facebook, YouTube ,etc. ensuring brand consistency with main brand big idea with optimization of effective search to drive awareness and lead to purchase (+SEO + SEM)
- Lead in Milo Digital agenda encompassing total MILO experience and work with Global business partner including take a role of champion for 7 Digital BPIs under the collaboration with CMS team and agencies.
- Total PFME (budgeting) management and consolidation e.g. media, special project, shopper activation, research.
**ARE YOU A FIT?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Management from FMCG (MNC)
- Strong in people & project management.
- Experienced in business planning, monitoring, analysis, and strategizing.
- Leadership & coaching principles.
- Computer Literacy.
- Good command in English & Thai.
