**Responsible for**:
- ** Analysis and forecasting of Operating Expenses including but not limited to**:
**Management of headcount in Planful - FP&A reporting software**
**T&E Analysis**
**Software Analysis and forecasting**
**Sales commission accrual review**
**Ouster’s worldwide building rent analysis.**
- ** Assist in the correction of GL entries between expenses and capitalizations and between departments including completing reclasses to ensure budget precision and financial accuracy.**:
- ** Prepare Monthly Reporting packages for Department Heads**:
- ** Support FP&A team in product cost analysis with Operations team to ensure continuous cost-down effort.**:
- ** Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.**
**Required Experience**:
- ** 5+ years’ experience in Accounting/Finance with 1-2 years as an FP&A Analyst**:
- ** Reading and writing knowledge of English (fluent in speaking is a plus)**:
- ** Business or accounting degree required.**:
- ** Working knowledge of Excel**:
- ** Understanding of US GAAP and coding**
**Preferred Experience**:
- ** Working knowledge of NetSuite and Planful (or other similar FP&A software Adaptive Planning/Anaplan)**:
- ** Experience with a hardware manufacturing company.**:
- ** A/P or GL accounting experience**:
- ** Excellent quantitative and analytical skills and attention to details**:
- ** Ability to handle multiple tasks, establish appropriate priorities and meet deadlines**:
- ** Experience with a public, US-based company**:
- ** Working knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Slides**
