Investor Relations Manager

Our client is one of Thailand’s leading agri-food conglomerates.

Reporting to Group CFO, this role will be responsible for all aspects of investor relations activities, ensuring all financial and business activities are communicated to existing and potential investors whilst nurturing excellent communication and relationships with shareholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the assigned investment projects, including preparing feasibility study, developing financial model and valuation report to support the management’s decision-making for project investment, including Merger & Acquisition (M&A).
- Provide analytical support on various finance-related issues to support special project assigned by management.
- Prepare the total company’s portfolio short-term and long-term projections to support the company’s strategic direction.
- Coordinate with all related functions to develop annual budget in order to manage key areas of the financial planning & analysis function which include strategic plan, investment plan, financial plan and execution plan.
- Prepare the management discussion and analysis (MD&A) quarterly.
- Prepare presentation on quarterly performance for investor communities.
- Deal with investors/brokers/analysts and shareholders.
- Liaison with other departments to prepare the annual report.
- Prepare reports for Chief Finance Officer.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree qualified in a Finance & Accounting, Economics, BBA or related field.
- Experience in the scope of an Investment Bankers, Investor Relations, Business Development.
- Knowledge of SET and SEC regulations is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with a wide range of stakeholders and team members.

**What Our Client Offers**
