หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Controlling store keepers in receiving deliveries
- Controlling the goods and merchandise and making sure store keeper adhere to relevant procedures.
- Controlling Supply use, packaging for support stores
- Controlling storage area to comply with allergen policy
- Controlling shelf-life goods and product in storage area
- Controlling First Expire First Out (FEFO) process and short-over in storage
- Controlling Min/Max stock levels
- Perform root cause analysis and advise corrective actions
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and new initiatives assigned by management
- Monitor aging stock, slow moving items and/or promotional leftover;
- Monitor the expenses and performance of third-party logistics warehouse;
- Organizing goods and products on the shelves
- Maintaining regular inventory counts and reconciliation of stock
- Design and implement handing and storing of the received goods
- Preparing Purchase Requisition, or other document store purchasing or requisitioning new or additional stock items
- Keeping records of all stock in and out, compiling stock control records,
- Coordinate with colleague

- ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 2 - 5

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
- Age 25-40 ; Male
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistic, or equivalent.
- Minimum of at least 2 yrs. Experience in Inventory Controller, Stock, Warehouse Management
- Experience in Retail Business
- Good skills in MS Office / Good in English
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Team player, meticulous and resourceful
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to multi-task and can work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Ability to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed.
