Our client is an international manufacturer of consumable goods.
**Responsibilities**
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.
- Identifying and researching potential vendors.
- Monitoring and ensuring timely order delivery.
- Updating internal databases with order specifics.
- Evaluating vendor offers and negotiating prices.
- Preparing cost analyses for decision-making.
- Maintaining accurate records of invoices and contracts.
- Coordinating with suppliers to confirm or modify orders.
- Collaborating with warehouse staff to ensure product quality upon arrival.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer, or similar role.
- A thorough grasp of supply chain procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong organizational abilities.
