Take this opportunity to GROW together and experience a culture that empowers you to express your ideas and share what you're passionate about - Lead customer acquisition strategy & execution for 4 brand business units across all digital properties & channels; driving relevant traffic & cost-efficiency through precise targeting, right channel investment & buying model to achieve conversion & business goals.
- Serve as thought leader in aligning brand campaign media strategy & plans with brand marketing team.
- Plan & actively manage the digital marketing budget for given areas of responsibility. Recommend increases / decreases in spend where appropriate to take advantage of opportunities as they occur and to achieve sales & new customer acquisition goals.
- Report regularly on the effectiveness of media investments. Make recommendation to agencies and cross functional teams as to improving performance. Set goals & monitor performances.
- Create a test & learn & scale environment to ensure staying on top of industry and corporate trends. React quickly to results & formulate action plans to optimize & grow initiatives and channels where we see positive impact.
- Responsible for ensuring business leadership know how your effort drive results & where you're making changes to improve outcome.

Define key expected performance in the role:
1. Effectiveness in performance of Media (R&F, Video completion rate, Click rate).

2. Efficiency optimization in Cost per XX metrics (CPM, CPV, CPC, CPA).

3. Deliver Test & Learn result from hypothesis with recommendations and next steps. About you - Bachelor or higher in business management, marketing or other related fields.
- 5-8 years of progressive media experience, expertise in digital and technology infrastructure, and a strong track record of business results, organizational leadership.
- CPG experience as a marketer/media, publisher and media agency experience will be an advantage.
- Digitally savvy, current on market trends, emerging technologies & exploitable opportunities.
- Highly analytical and data driven.
- Effective communication, presentation & writing skills (English & Thai).
- Show strong sense of ownership & urgency to drive business beyond its potential.
- Collaborate well with external & internal stakeholders from different functions & background.
