JOB SUMMARY

The position will coordinate required projects and handle administrative duties.

Liaise with Marketing management, Creative Services and other M&S groups, partner on campaign implementation and with various administrative departments.

Coordinate and participate in new marketing events and campaigns to existing members and first-time buyers.

Coordinate and streamline training material for each new campaign and call center.

Support the management team on specific projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

JOB SPECIFIC TASKS

Marketing Operations
Responsible for handling selective administrative duties as requested.
Prepare proposals and marketing briefs.
Maintain strong relationships with all relevant departments, and other stakeholders such as partners and brokers.
Assist in managing campaign launch efforts to partners including collateral, communication strategy, training tools and related activities, including creation and approval of artwork with in-house/external graphic designer, within deadlines.
Coordinate in obtaining any necessary licenses and legal approval required for marketing campaigns with partners.
Coordinate resources required to carry out approved campaigns with the relevant Call Centre/Site manager.
Report progress against campaign goals and report on ROI.
Partner with Creative Services to draft marketing collaterals.
Provide translation services in support of marketing operations as required.
Ad hoc digital marketing support and other duties as assigned.
Keep current on best practices in timeshare industry and MVCI.

- Manages time effectively to punctually attend daily team meetings, training sessions, and customer/owner appointments.
- Participates in formal training sessions offered by management team.
- Maintains an awareness of current events (e.g., news, sports, pop-culture) and information on locations to enable customer relationship building.
- Understands and abides by state and federal regulation around all sales and/or marketing activity (i.e. Do Not Call Lists, State registrations, Exemptions, etc).
- Performs other duties as assigned.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Demonstrable and preferred experience in a marketing position in the industry or similar industy.
Fluent English language proficiency required as a minimum and preferred second language in either Mandarin, Thai, Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia.
Proven verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in the use of computer word processing skills with specific knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and be a self-starter.
Proven time management skills.
Proven ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of the organization.
Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
Experience in high volume, fast-paced, results oriented business environments.
