**The Opportunity**

**In This Role, You'll Get To**
- Coordinate and manage visa & work permit process for new hires and existing employees.
- Handle administrative tasks and ensure all immigration information is correctly recorded and well-maintained.
- Provide front-line service to employees, ensuring they receive clear, sufficient, and accurate information.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Manage escalations, ensuring appropriate stakeholders are aware and that matters are resolved in a timely manner.
- Assist the team in improving mobility processes and experiences.
- Establish healthy relations with related government agencies.

**What You will Need to Succeed**
- Bachelor's degree required. Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Excellent command of English and Thai, essential for dealing with Thailand government officials and global embassies.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting company guidelines to make decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented mindset for providing exceptional service and support.
- Flexible and adaptable committed to working with a multi-cultural group of professionals
- Self-driven, highly organized, able to take initiative, prioritize, and manage competing demands.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.
- Experience with visas, immigration, global mobility, and/or relocation services is a strong plus.
