- Defining best practices for persona and behavioral segmentation of users.
- Defining and developing user research plans using a variety of research methods framework within the timeline, and business requirements from clients from the stakeholder.
- Handling digital experience innovation & creativity.
- Handling digital product design experiments & benchmarking studies.
- Aspiring to UX world-class experience for users.

Qualification:

- At least 2 years of UX Design, Experience Design (Web, Mobile App).
- Experience in UX lean process, Design sprint, and Agile.
- Knowledgeable and practical hands-on user-centered design methodology.
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing, and business strategy is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in User Interface Design is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Technology Savvy.
- CX knowledge is a plus.
