- Assist Senior Marketing Manager in developing a marketing plan through analysis of current market data and trends. Include with marketing communications both traditional media and digital media.
- Brand Analysis and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.
- Determine cause & effect relationships, provide insights, offer recommendations to develop the performance of sales.
- Monitor and forecast daily / monthly sales trends.
- Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.
- Prepare menu engineering report on a monthly basis to determine the contribution margin and profitability of each product item offered by the company.
- Prepare comparable sales and transaction report and submit to the Dunkin’ brands (franchisor) on a weekly basis.
- Determine the PR value of the company’s marketing communication and media support for co promotions and partnerships as applicable.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for the department head and executive meetings.
- Gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions on a weekly basis.
