Job Description:
Our client is a global leader in logistics solutions, committed to delivering excellence in supply chain management. We prioritize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, and we are looking for a dedicated Billing Officer (Revenue Care) to join our team and ensure accurate and timely billing processes for our valued clients.

**Position**: Billing Officer

**Location**: Bangkok, Thailand

**Contract Term**: 1 Year Contract (Renewable)

**Working**: 5 Days/Week

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and process accurate and timely invoices for services rendered to clients, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and billing standards.
- Review and verify billing data to resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Address billing inquiries and concerns from clients in a timely and professional manner, providing clear and accurate explanations as needed.
- Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure the accuracy of billing records and financial reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to streamline billing procedures.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and follow up on any overdue accounts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to reconcile billing information and resolve any billing-related discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing and accounting regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and legal requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on billing activities and performance metrics for management review.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their billing concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A certification in accounting or finance is preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Billing Officer, Billing Specialist, or in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of billing processes and principles, with proficiency in relevant billing software and systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and regulations related to billing and accounts receivable.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fair command of English.
