A Server is responsible for managing the guest’s overall dining experience by providing prompt, attentive table service. The server must be knowledgeable about the cuisine, techniques and ingredients utilized in menu preparation in order to guide the guest appropriately; works with a strong attention to ensure an unparalleled dining experience.

**1. **Understand and perform to the expectations of the property’s Service, Food, and Beverage and Wine manuals.
