- คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน
- งานประจำ- 2 - 5 ปี- กรุงเทพและปริมณฑล- ปริญญาตรี- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Monitors and maintains the company computer/network systems.
- Setup operation system, software maintenance and upgrade (Office 365, Security Program, several external programs)
- Support/Installation/Maintenance and manage IT infrastructure, file server, PC’s and Laptops, copy machine, printer, access control, server room, IT peripherals, telephone and mobile devices and any IT equipments.
- Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and questions.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Stand-by for emergency support and co-ordinate with IT Emergency on Call, Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
- Overlook and installation Lan, wireless Lan, Internet.
- Setup VPN connection, Firewall maintenance.
- IT warehouse product management.
- Other assignments by immediate supervisor.
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or IT related field
- At least 2 years works experienced in IT support, Network system and System administration etc.,
- Knowledge in Win10/11, Office365, VMware
- Knowledge in Networking, including LAN and WLAN and remote access technology.
- Good in problem solving, organizational, communication inter personal skills and service mind.
- Good communication in English Skill include writing, speaking and reading.
- Service minded, Team Player and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work with multinational company
