About the job**Responsibilities**:
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups using industry-standard design tools.-
- Develop and maintain design systems guidelines to ensure consistency across products.-
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense in design work.-
- Collaborate with product managers, engineer, and stakeholders to propose simple solutions for complex problems.-
- Align visual designs across products in coordination with tech/developers.-
- Translate insights from user research to designs.-
- Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, technologies and incorporate them into designs.- Requirements- 2-6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.-
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process and solutions.-
- Advanced knowledge of design tools.-
- Experience in end-to-end design process or at least 2 stages in detail.- You’ll Fit Right in if you are- Experience working in an agile environment.-
- Highly collaborative and can communicate openly and respectfully.-
- A creative problem solver with an eye for turning complex problems into elegant experiences.-
- Comfortable in fast paced environments and highly adaptable.-
- You’ve worked in multi-discipline teams across the design process.-
- Proactive and self-motivated learner.- Nice to have- Prior experience designing for the financial domains or working with data driven products.-
- Mixture of agency and in-house background is a plus.-
- Experience designing dashboards, information visualisations and workflow solutions.-
- UX research and testing experience.-
