PTT Exploration and Production PCL.**Job Purpose**:
**Analyst, Cash and Liquidity Management** is responsible for the managing liquidity of PTTEP Group, performing cash management functions, and other treasury management activities in order to support the company’s growth target under applicable financial regulations and the discipline framework ensuring that the liquidity is sufficient with the optimal level of working capital and that excess cash is invested at competitive returns. In addition, it should be responsible for trade finance activities to support business and regulatory requirements.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Analyse the liquidity of PTTEP Group and closely manage it to ensure sufficient cash to support operations and secure credit facilities for the expected cash shortage.
- Manage to enhance yield on excess cash, aiming to receive competitive returns within the approval framework, and be able to analyse the implications of new financial products in the market and propose the most beneficial option.
- Manage and maintain efficient operations of PTTEP Group’s Treasury Center, including identifying optimal cash management structures, analysing Treasury Center performance, and supporting other Treasury Centres and relevant regulators.
- Conduct daily cash planning at the individual and consolidated levels and prepare a 12-month rolling report for PTTEP Group. Be able to analyse variance and perform management reports.

**Key Accountabilities (Continued)**:

- Analyse financial projections to manage excess cash, ensuring compliance with the company’s capital structure policy, taxes, accounting, and applicable rules and regulations.
- Analyse appropriate bank account structure to ensure smooth financial operations
- Secure a trade finance facility, be able to provide recommendations on trade finance product, and support bank guarantee issuance and associated procedures.
- Process and maintain transactions in SAP (TRCM Module) and perform necessary adjustments to ensure that all financial transactions are recorded correctly and in a timely manner.
- Liaise internally and, if necessary, with any external stakeholders about treasury management activities.

**Professional Knowledge & Experiences**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Basic knowledge of accounting and tax
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Operational performance - attention to detail and accuracy, providing consistent, timely and high quality works
- Accountability & Productivity - capable of planning and organizing the work in timely manner, responsible for the work and be prepared to take over new responsibilities and projects
- Collaboration and communication - be able to work as a team and under time constraint environment
