**Descripción del Trabajo**

Verificar que el equipo audiovisual necesario se encuentre en el inventario antes del evento. Instalar, operar y solucionar problemas en todos los equipos, dispositivos y sistemas. Asegurarse de que todos los equipos funcionen correctamente, reparar o limpiar cuando sea necesario. Sujetar con cinta adhesiva y cubrir todos los cables y alambres sueltos. Rotular los equipos averiados. Cotejar los equipos entregados y la organización de la sala con el Pedido del banquete para el evento. Comunicar agregados o supresiones en el diagrama. Desarmar, retirar y asegurar el equipo. Organizar y mantener los sistemas de audio portátiles del hotel. Operar y mantener el sistema de audio de la casa. Asistir y enseñar a los huéspedes y clientes acerca del uso y manejos apropiados del equipo audiovisual. Vender mejores servicios audiovisuales. Supervisar el manejo del equipo. Leer, comprender y seguir las pautas del libro sobre procedimientos operativos estándares de Marriott Visual Productions (programa MVP). Asistir a la gerencia en la contratación, capacitación, motivación y preparación de los empleados y servir como ejemplo y primer punto de contacto del proceso de "Garantía de tratamiento justo y política de puertas abiertas".
