**About the role - you will**:

- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Plan resource and organizing manpower to achieve required quality level of spare part supply service
- Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
- Ensures employee safe work practices and supports Environment Health, Safety (EHS) Programs.
- Ensure spare part inventory is sufficient per requirement with optimal cost
- Work closely with maintenance managers, engineers and supervisors to ensure the quality of spare part supply service.
- Work closely with buyers and suppliers to solve fluctuations in inventory management key elements in a timely manner and take action to prevent further problems
