- To sustain the growth of the company as well as the expansion of our services we are currently looking for an _**_Accountant_**

**Main Job Responsibilities**

**_ Business accounting_**
- Collect premium - recording insurance premiums received from customers in accounting and customer management systems, reconciliation with third party insurance partner, resolving queries from customers about payments.
- Manage marketing expense - ensuring payment of referral fees to sales representatives on an accurate and timely basis.
- Prepare monthly reports to insurance partner on sales performance, claims submitted, commissions and other fees paid.

**_ General accounting_**
- Manage daily accounting operations transactions, general accounting functions and process
- Manage month-end closing activities and submit the Group consolidation package
- Reconcile intercompany transactions with related parties every month-end.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Liaise with external auditor on accounting and auditing matters and coordinate for timely preparation of statutory audited report for the company.
- Set up monthly VAT reports and tax filing.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements. Liaise with tax consultants and tax authorities on all tax-related matters.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by supervisors.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Thai Nationality ONLY
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 2 years of general accounting experience
- Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Good English communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
- Good knowledge in Accounting Standard and Tax Law
- Experience in using SAP Business One is an advantage but not essential
- A background in the insurance industry is a plus.
