**About the Role**:
As an accountant, you will have ownership and full control of our company’s accounts in Thailand. You will be able to manage the accounts from start to finish and advise and assist the local management & the Head Office on accounting, tax, financial and administrative matters. This role requires a highly motivated, dedicated, flexible person with good knowledge of accounting, taxation and a certain level of analytical skills; A person who can take initiative, and is keen to learn and grow within an international company; A person who can work efficiently and independently without any supervision, but at the same time work well within a team.

**Main responsibilities**:

- General bookkeeping, including journal booking, accrual and prepayment posting, bank reconciliation, etc.
- Issuing invoices and receipts and reconciling withholding tax certificated against the balances.
- Supplier payment
- Monthly accounting and reporting of the local accounts to the Financial Controller;
- Annual Accounts;
- Taxes and other declarations to the local authority;
- To provide financial information and support in KPI/analysis to the local management and the Financial Controller when requested;
- To assist the local auditing process;
- To assist in general administration;
- To liaise with local authorities;
- Other ad-hoc activities.

**Qualifications**
- At least five years of experience in the financial accounting field, Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting and Finance;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
- Self-starter with a strong control mindset and the ability to demonstrate capability and willingness to be “hands-on.”
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally.

**It would be nice if you are or have**:

- Experience in consultancy and IT industry;
- Experience in working with various accounting systems;
- Experience with handling different entities.

**About the Team**:
Our finance team is responsible for invoices, accounting, and financial reporting. Their work is crucial to our company and involves close cooperation with our entities, as this team coordinates the full scope of our global finances.
