**Job title: Legal Associate**

**Location: Bangkok, Thailand. **We require this role to be based in our Thai office at least for the first year.

**Hybrid Working: 3 weeks remote + 1 week work from our office**

**Your impact**:

- You will join an energetic team, responsible for all the legal and compliance aspects connected with the Company's growth and expansion strategy. You will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal support, guidance, and strategic advice to the organization.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities**:

- Provide legal support and advice in various areas of law and across multiple business units and legal entities. These include, but are not limited to: drafting sales contracts, first-level consultancy on data protection and employment law, providing support during fundraising rounds.
- Monitor changes in relevant jurisdictions (UK, US, Italy) and keep abreast of regulatory developments that may affect the Group.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including software licensing agreements, service agreements, and vendor contracts; ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Liaise with clients and external counsels on legal matters.
- Conduct due diligence and research, ad hoc projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.
- Help develop and implement compliance strategies to mitigate legal risks.
- Maintain a centralized contract management system; track contract deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements.

**Your ideal profile**:

- A degree in law (LLM or equivalent) from a top-tier university;
- At least 2 years experience in a Big 4 Firm combined with in-house experience;
- Good understanding of intellectual property, commercial contracts, and data privacy law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, gravitas and subtlety to engage in dispute resolution processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in negotiating and drafting technology-related contracts and have a good understanding of tech industry (Saas enterprises) will be a plus
- Language Requirements: Excellent level (C1) of English language, both written and oral and proficient level of Italian
