**Your day-to-day responsibilities**:

- Actively participate in and oversee all accounting operations; manage direct reports to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of book closing, consolidated financial reports, regulatory and tax matters
- Lead with the Revenue Department/BOI, internal/external auditors, tax authorities and advisors; handle audit process
- Assist in preparation of all relevant financial documents per SET/SEC requirement i.e. company report (56-1) md&a, and annual report
- Prepare and review trial balance; ensure that all general ledger P&L and balance sheet accounts are reconciled and all balances are traceable and cleared on time
- Review and verify all monthly GL accounts reconciliation
- Analyse and discuss month-end results and any regulatory submission with the Group Head of Finance
- Perform month-end/quarterly/yearly account closing activities and reconciliations
- Prepare corporate income tax returns (half-year/annual) PND51 and PND50
- Review, monitor and ensure the effectiveness and compliance with accounting principles and the company's policies and procedures; further develop efficient accounting, business processes and internal controls
- Check the correctness of the supporting documents for accounting records; research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Prepare and monitor the company's budget and forecast
- Perform exchange rate revaluations and other related duties as assigned or requested by management and the Group Head of Finance
- Support the Group Head of Finance in implementing accounting policies and procedures.

**Your ideal profile**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, with strong technical accounting background; must be CPA qualified
- ** At least 10 years of experience in accounting or auditing, and as a team manager, with knowledge of NPAE/PAE accounting**:

- ** Experience with and knowledge of SEC/SET rules, regulation and requirements, Public Company Act**:

- Big 4 Experience in auditing IPO engagements is highly desired; experience in corporate IPO/listed companies is highly desired
- Strong knowledge of Thai GAAP, Thai payroll legislation and International Standards is a must
- Good command of English (verbal and written)
- Strong technical, people management, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills are a must, a hands-on personality, a can-do attitude, detail-oriented, multi-tasking abilities, and flexibility
- Proficiency in Excel, GSheets and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Xero/Netsuite an advantage
