**Responsibilities:Job Description and Responsibility**
The Head of SEM and SMM is primarily in charge of leading the largest advertising operation team of Heroleads Asia. He/She is responsible for deploying ad campaigns for the business into the market on various digital marketing platforms, leads advertising innovation and process improvement.
**Leadership/Supervisory Role**:
- Manages the advertising operations team (SEM, SMM) by overseeing quality, scheduling, production, and implementation of all advertising programs and campaigns in order to ensure accurate and timely execution of these programs.
- Manage capacity and efficiency in the Ads Operations team
- Create guidelines/structure how to set up advertising for team
- Ensures the smooth execution of the day-to-day activities within the department. - Mentor and training team leads to be successful in their performance to leading their own team
- Leads innovation for the rest of the team, enabling constant improvement in performance
- Able to move a group towards a unified direction and with a common vision.
- Strong ability to form strong, meaningful relationships with others.
- The role of the Head of Ads Operations is highly collaborative works with Campaign Analyst, Sales, Account Manager, Product and Tech, Analytics, Creative and other teams in defining the planning, inventory management
**Analytics Role**:
- Plays an analytical role, where it can analyze data, prepare recommendations, and perform periodic optimizations for the purpose of ensuring advertising campaign success rate.
- Review dashboards and ad campaign performances in order to generate reports and come up with informed, fact-based solutions that efficiently increase the performance of the business’s campaigns.
- Be troubleshooting numerous tracking problems, develops solutions, and documents internal procedures for junior personnel and collaborative personnel to adhere to in the execution of departmental duties.
- Provide the strategic development within the business, where he/she deploys sophisticated ad campaigns, programs, tools, and platforms that are best suited for the business.
- Uses data sets from existing campaigns for upcoming campaigns which guarantees continual improvement in the advertising operations department, in turn leading to the achievement of sales objectives and the achievement of the business’s overall targets.
