**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular physical inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Implement and oversee inventory management systems and processes to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels and turnover rates to minimize aging and expiry.
- Monitor compliance with FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory management techniques.
- Identify and address potential sources of inventory shrinkage, including theft, damage, and administrative errors.
- Implement and maintain inventory management policies and procedures.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure optimal inventory levels and flow.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory control or management, preferably in an FMCG environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential, familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
